Me: Hey, we need to talk about my wedding.

Arthur: What about it?

Me: I can't let you come unless you've made-up with the parents. I love you and I really want you to come, but I think it would be too painful if you and the parents were still on bad terms.

Me: Do you think that's legit? Do you understand what I mean?

Arthur: I understand.

Me: How do you feel about it?

Arthur: I feel good.

Me: Do you know what you're going to do or do you want time to think about it?

Arthur: I know what I'm doing.

Me: Let me know if I can help you in any way. I miss you.

Arthur: Ok.

Me: I love you.
